RCReports is a simple SaaS solution for accountants and business valuators to use when they need to determine reasonable compensation for a client. RCReports help accountants answer this difficult question quickly, while providing them with a defensible position and increasing revenues.

A Sales Account Executive will have the ability to work existing leads while generating their own leads and ultimately closing business from the beginning of the sales cycle to the end.  They will meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by following creative sales and marketing strategies and tactics that have been proven for success while also following their own creative approaches. An entrepreneurial mindset will flourish in this environment. They will plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales prospects and manage a complete pipeline with accurate forecasting skills. Identifying appropriate prospects, setting demo meetings, and making effective prospecting sales calls are important day-to-day responsibilities. Possessing in-depth product knowledge and having the ability to conduct multiple product demos per day will be the key to success in this fast-paced opportunity. Your more important attributes will include the ability to handle objections, to create and maintain relationships, manage a large pipeline of prospects from webinar and marketing leads and ensure all prospect questions and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, we are seeking individuals who are motivated to close new business and have a hunger to always sell more. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure effective sales tactics and initiatives are met. We are a team that is motivated to sell more and to always have fun while doing it.

You have a deep understanding that more sales activity means more sales. You are an experienced, knowledgeable sales professional who perform key sales activities that directly impact the achievement of particular sales targets. You don’t perform activities for the sake of bulking up the level of activity, you perform activities that are meaningful and have the intention of getting deals across the finish line.

Duties & Expectations:

  • Follow a concise 30-day sales training program
  • Contribute to weekly sales and marketing meetings
  • Show up timely and prepared for all internal and external meetings
  • Attend weekly one-on-ones with the Director of Sales
  • Always offer a helping hand to other colleagues
  • Develop key relationships with prospects and clients
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a pipeline full of qualified sales prospects from incoming and outbound leads
  • Precise sales forecasting skills and with the ability to analyze data to find trends and ward off potential pitfalls
  • Responsible for closing new sales with the trained closing strategies
  • Follows proper internal steps once a deal is closed
  • Always moves onto the next opportunity with a head held high if a prospect says “no”
  • Follows sales CRM requirements when inputting and tracking data
  • Observe local and national trends in the market
  • Attend conferences and trade shows
  • Ability to laugh and become an integral part of a fun, hardworking culture

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales quotas
  • Monitor and communicate sales performance and ensure the Director of Sales is updated on progress
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Knowing and reminding oneself that picking up the phone can lead to success
  • Effectively communicate the proper pitch to the correct buyer personas
  • Hit the virtual road, multiple demos per day with potential buyers and dazzling them with our unique and powerful platform along with our value propositions
  • Properly organize the day to provide adequate time to attend internal meetings, prospect new business, follow up on marketing leads, perform “A” caliber demo’s, and move opportunities along in the pipeline to the close stage
  • Building product and industry knowledge to the point of becoming an industry expert
  • Understanding new product versions and how those new features and functions tie into our mission as a company
  • Define success with each relationship, using metrics to analyze and manage evolution of these relationships to the close stage

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Proficient with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in an individual contributor position or above
  • BS/BA in business or relevant discipline

Workspace and travel requirements

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and reliable phone when appropriate. Travel for work purposes is not anticipated for this position. However, attending periodic off-site meetings/conferences/retreats is expected.
