Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a webcast or live event, you may cancel up to three days before the event and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.

In the unlikely event that such a program needs to be cancelled for any reason, RCReports, Inc. will notify all registered participants via email, letter or phone of the cancellation and will issue them a full refund.
