Transferring Clients

Views: 0Premium subscribers can easily balance workload and staff changes by Transferring [Reassigning] clients from one user to another.
- From the Administration tab, select Transfer Clients. Keep in mind that only the Administrator or an Alternate Administrator has access to this tab. Select the User you want to transfer clients FROM
- Select each client you want to transfer to a different user [Green Check Mark] and click I’m Done Selecting Clients to confirm selections
- Next select the User you want to transfer clients TO and confirm to complete transfer

De-Activating & Re-Activating Users

Views: 0From the Administration tab, select Users. Here you can Add, De-Activate and Re-Activate Additional Users. Keep in mind that only the Administrator or an Alternate Administrator has access to this tab.
- To Deactivate a User, select the User to be deactivated
- Once the User to be De-Activated opens, select Deactivate User and confirm
- If the User being De-Activated has clients attached to their profile, you will receive an alert to Re-assign that Users clients to an Active User
- To Reactivate a User, select Deactivated Users and click on the User you want to Re-Activate
- Once the User to be Re-Activated opens, select Activate This User and confirm

Managing User Permissions

- Select the User you want to manage permissions for
- Once the User’s profile opens click on any permission to turn ON [Green Check Mark] or OFF. For more information on each permission hover over the Learn More Icon. Remember to click on Update User Profile to save changes

Referral Network

Views: 0Did you know RCReports receives hundreds of visits each month from business owners looking for guidance on Reasonable Compensation? Because of this, we built the RCReports Advisor Network to help them connect with you.
You can opt IN to the RCReports Advisor Network from the Administration tab select Advisor Network, then Advisor Network Status.
- You must have completed at least one report using each of the 3 approaches we offer before joining the Referral Network
- After you confirm your eligibility, you can opt in and out at any time
If you are a Premium subscriber, we include your logo and some additional space to customize your listing.
- Add customization to your Advisor Network listing from Premium Subscription Settings located in the Your Firm tab

Upload your Logo

Views: 0A Premium feature, your logo will appear on reports and the on-line interview making your client’s experience more professional. In addition, your logo will appear in the RCReports referral network (if you have opted in).
- To upload your logo, select Your Firm from the Administration tab then Logo & Color Theme Settings
- Next upload your logo from your PC. Make sure that the logo is in the proper format and size for best results
- As a premium subscriber, you can select a custom color theme for the Cost Approach Interview that will complement your logo
All done. Now open the Cost Approach interview and see how it looks:

Manage Email and Password

Views: 0You can change your email, password and personal preferences in the My Profile tab on the left side of your dashboard.
Your password must contain at least one lower case and one uppercase letter; one number; one special character and contain between 8 and 16 characters.

Adding Additional Users

Views: 0Basic and Premium subscribers can add additional users to the account. Basic comes with two seats, Premium with three. If you need more than three users see additional plan options.
- Navigate to the Administration tab on the left side of your dashboard. Under Users you can select Add New User
- Enter the new Users information and set their permissions. The new user will receive their temporary password via email

Registering & Subscribing

Views: 0You are ready to subscribe to RCReports – Great! Click Get Started, look over our subscription options and click Create Account
- Confirm you are a Tax or Financial Advisor
- Select your subscription plan
- Enter a Promo code if you have one
- Enter your information and your firm’s information
- Complete checkout. You will be able to login and begin using RCReports immediately
- Check your subscription status anytime from the Subscription tab
